1. Scope

This Cancellation and Refund Policy constitutes an integral part of the Website Terms of Use and governs online registrations for the NOCN exams.

2. Completion of Registration

A registration is considered completed and binding only after:

  • successful completion of the online payment, and
  • • sending a confirmation message to the candidate.

By completing the payment, the user fully accepts this Policy.

3. Right to Transfer Examination Fees

A candidate may request the transfer of their examination fees in Exceptional Circumstances – Force Majeure (indicatively: serious illness, accident), upon submission of a certificate issued by a public hospital.

Such requests are assessed solely at the discretion of the administration.

Requests for transfer of examination fees must be submitted in writing (via email) no later than three (3) calendar days after the scheduled examination date.

The transfer of examination fees is valid only for the next available examination date.

The transfer of examination fees due to Exceptional Circumstances – Force Majeure is permitted only once.

4. Cancellation or Modification by the Exam Administrator

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the examination by the exam administrator, the candidate shall have the option of:

  • a full refund, or
  • transferring participation to a new examination date without any additional charge.

5. Refund Timeframe and Method

Refunds:

  • shall be processed within fifteen (15) working days from the date of announcement of the cancellation of the examination or the modification of the examination date by the Exam Admiitrator;
  • shall be made to the bank account of the beneficiary of the original transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for:

  • any additional bank charges,
  • delays caused by third-party payment providers,
  • changes imposed by NOCN.

7. Amendments to the Policy

The company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, with such amendments taking effect upon publication on the website.

8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by Greek Law, and any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the company’s registered seat.
